Who we are

Naranja Camp is operated by Mateus Alves, Rua Araci, 314, Serraria, Diadema, SP, Brazil (contact@alvesbrands.com).

Booking and payment

  • A place is confirmed when we receive the booking form and a deposit of 30% of the price.
  • The balance is due 60 days before the camp starts. If you book less than 60 days before the start, the full price is due when you book.
  • Prices and dates on the site are for summer 2027 and may change until you book. They are shown in euros.

What is included

Accommodation, meals, 20 hours of Spanish a week, activities, supervision, insurance and airport pickup. Flights are not included. Extras such as laundry, optional trips and pocket money are paid separately.

Cancellation by you

Please cancel in writing at contact@alvesbrands.com. The date we receive your message counts.

  • The deposit (30%) is never refundable. It reserves a place and covers our costs.
  • More than 3 months before the start: we refund everything you paid, except the deposit.
  • Between 3 months and 1 month before the start: you owe 50% of the total price. We refund any amount you paid above that.
  • Less than 1 month before the start, no-show, late arrival or early departure: you owe 100% of the price, with no refund.
  • Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 30 days. Bank and payment fees are deducted.

Changes, transfers and credit

  • You may transfer your child's place to another child of the right age until 30 days before the start. We may charge an administration fee of [amount].
  • We may offer a credit for a later session instead of a refund. This is our choice and not a right.
  • Illness, visa problems, flight problems and personal reasons do not change the cancellation terms. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation and medical care.

If we change or cancel

  • We may cancel a session if fewer than [number] children book, or in a case of force majeure, such as a natural disaster, a public health order, strikes or government measures. We will tell you as soon as possible.
  • In that case we will, at your choice, move your child to another session or refund what you paid for the camp. This is our only duty in these cases. We do not pay for flights, visas or other costs you have paid to third parties.
  • We may change activities, staff, rooms or the schedule for safety, weather or other good reasons.

Health and safety

Parents must give accurate health, allergy and diet information and tell us about any change before arrival. Staff may contact a doctor or hospital if needed and will inform you as soon as possible.

Behaviour

Children must follow the camp rules and staff instructions. We may send a child home, without refund, for serious or repeated breaches, such as leaving the site alone, bullying, or alcohol, tobacco or drugs.

Photos

We may take photos at camp. We use them only with your written consent, given on the booking form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the camp. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. [Governing law and courts to be confirmed by a lawyer.]
