Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Mateus Alves, Rua Araci, 314, Serraria, Diadema, SP, Brazil, contact@alvesbrands.com. The camp is in Spain and many families live in the EU, so we follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because the operator is based in Brazil, the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) also applies.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email, phone number, your child's age and your message.
- When you book: the child's name, date of birth, nationality, travel details, and health, allergy and diet information that we need to look after your child.
- When you visit the site: basic technical data such as your IP address, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes to deliver pages. We load fonts from Google Fonts.
- Contact form messages are sent by email through the service FormSubmit.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and send the information you asked for.
- To manage a booking, travel, safety and health care during the stay.
- To meet legal duties, such as insurance and accounting.
Children's data
We only collect a child's data from a parent or legal guardian, and we use health information only to care for the child. We do not use children's data for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: 12 months after our last contact. Bookings: for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records. Health information: deleted 30 days after the camp ends.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the camp, such as insurance, transport, medical services and our website host. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, to limit its use, or to object to it. Write to contact@alvesbrands.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the AEPD in Spain or the ANPD in Brazil.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
